Grendene's mold factory is the largest of the world. The factories bring together a specialized team of the most varied sectors totaling 424 employees. An original technology was developed to support the unique types of products that Grendene develops.
The modeling of the products is made with last generation software
With a network of machines, the molds are size-scaled, which makes it possible to send programs to suppliers (i.e. Main Group in Italy)
The CNC shaping machines were specially developed and projected for the Grendene molds. They are programmed to shape four molds at the time, generating a high level of production volume
